Tools For Pushing And Pulling.
 PUL-JAK-7, PUL-JAK-12 are versatile tools designed to suit the needs of a plate fitter. Due to it's design, light weight and simple construction the PUL-JAK is very handy when working in restricted spaces or when working alone. The main application of the PUL-JAK is fitting of bulkheads and frames in hull construction. Two (2) models are available with capacities of 7 or 12 ton.
A 20 Ton Pulling Tool.

MAX-JAK-20 is the name for the heavy duty tool for producing pulling forces up to 20 ton in installation work. Typical application in ship building is the joining of hull sections. Max allowed pushing force is 5 ton.

 
A Pulling Device For Hull Section Joining.

PULL-TON is a tool for converting the pushing force of a standard jack into a pulling force. All standard jacks can be used in the PULL-TON. The recommended maximum capacity is 25 tons.

 

A Tool For Aligning Stiffeners
When Joining Sections.

BULB-ALIGN application will result in remarkable time saving when aligning holland profile stiffeners. Welding and removing of fastening lugs for the jack as well as grinding the spot are not needed. BULB-ALIGN is fastened just by inserting a wedge. The adjusting screw makes it possible to use the same tool on holland profiles of different sizes.
A Tool For Aligning Stiffeners.
 MINI-BULB-ALIGN is a tool for aligning stiffeners at the section joints. The MINI-BULB-ALIGN works on 100 to 120 mm holland profiles. It can be used in right hand and left hand modes.

Grippers For Holland Profiles.

BULB-MOV-R-1.5, 3.0 and 5.0 are light and handy tools for attaching a chain block quickly to a holland profile in steel fabrication without need to weld an eye piece. Gripping is based on wedging effect, which causes MOV-R to clamp firmly on the holland profile under pull from the eye. The MOV-R is not designed for lifting applications. The innovative design and the special material provide a high safety factor against breakage. MOV-R comes in three (3) sizes with capacities of 1.5, 3 and 5 tons.

 
Lifting Clamps For Holland Profiles.
 BULB-LIFT-R-1, BULB-LIFT-R-2 is a lifting appliance designed exclusively for holland profiles, it shall not be used for lifting other sections or plates. The maximum safe working load in crane work is SWL=3 tons, maximum angle 30 degrees. In case the lifting angle exceeds 30 degrees, maximum SWL=1.5 tons. When pulling by using a maximum 3 ton chain block, an angle up to 90 degrees can b e used, provided that the block is not overloaded and there are no additional loads due to the application. BULB-LIFT-R-1 fits holland profiles of size 80 - 220 mm. This unit weighs 10 pounds.
