CIRCLE WELDERS

The CW-5 (CWO-1500) Circle Welder is designed for single pass or multipass welding of couplings on sprinkler pipe, utilizing MIG or Flux Cored process, with gas shielding. The machine is equipped with its own wire feeder, welding control, drive motor, speed control for rotation, horizontal and vertical adjusting racks, rise and fall cam, gun and cable assembly, burnback control, 50 ft. (15 m) of control cable and wire reel adaptor for 30 lb. (14 kg) spools. Welding control has wire feed speed (amperage control, cold wire inch, wire direction and weld switches.
CW-5AX 1-12" .035-3/32" 3-130 ipm 0-5" 500 amps Same as CW-5 plus: meter kit, torch angle adjuster, cycle flux hopper, nozzle and cone.
CW-7A Circle Welder for sub-arc welding of nozzles into vessels or domed heads. The machine is equipped as shown and will carry 60 lbs. (27 kg) spools of wire. The unit is complete with wire feeder, gun and cable assembly, flux hopper, wire reel and meter kit. Mounts on 3-jaw chuck.
CW-11 Circle Welder for larger diameters and bigger wire sizes. Used for continuous multipass welding of nozzles in vessels, domed heads or flat surfaces. Remote control of amps and volts.

Accesories

CWO-3543 Pendulum-type oscillator may be used with all circle welders. Maximum stroke 1-1/2" (36 mm). The oscillator is used primarily on CW-5 Circle Welders for welding couplings on sprinkler pipe.



CWO-3671 Step Adaptor The step adaptor is used to center the CW-5 in couplings from 1/2" - 4" (13-102 mm) on sprinkler pipe.
